A multigenerational quartet playing both traditional Irish ballads and original works, The McCarthy Family captivates audiences with their incredible talent and passionate playing. The Boston-based band is well-known at home and has also traveled the world with their music. The band features Tommy McCarthy, Jr. on fiddle, his wife Louise Costello on banjo and button accordion, daughter Rose on fiddle, and nephew Peadear on Uilleann pipes and whistle.
