Highlander Festival in Kelso – September 9 and 10
Beaverton International Festival new date is September 16
Celtic Faire PDX in Hillsboro is September 23
Ceilí of the Valley Samhain Celtic New Year in Salem is October 21.
There is great interest in AICS participating in the Highlander Festival in Kelso this year for the first time.
The Beaverton International Festival that traditionally has been in July is moved to September 16 this year. This is the same date as the AICS September general meeting. The Beaverton International Festival is a delightful, worthwhile event and even with the two events on the say day, AICS should work on making this happen. The key to our participation in these festivals is to get commitments from volunteers. Without volunteers, we will be backing out of these festivals.
