Our Annual May Appreciation Dinner
Each May we hold an Appreciation Dinner to thank our members from that year who went above and beyond to donate their time, energy, and enthusiasm and served on the AICS Board of Directors. Our organization is entirely volunteer-run, so without our passionate and dedicated members who volunteer their time and resources, we wouldn’t be able to support Irish culture in our area the way we do. We appreciate all who make our organization possible and help keep Irish culture alive and thriving in Oregon!
Our Most Recent Dinner
A big thank you to long-time AICS members Mary Rose Kerg and Anne Doherty for organizing the 2022 Appreciation Dinner! A wonderful time was had by all, celebrating two years’ worth of volunteers, since the pandemic had not permitted us to hold a dinner in 2021. We met at the Stamp Society Building and had delicious Olive Garden lasagna, salad, and breadsticks, as well as Irish trifle for dessert. Thank you to everyone who served on the board, as well as to all of our amazing volunteers that make the AICS possible! You are all appreciated!
