IMPORTANT UPDATE! PLEASE READ.
Dear Friends and Members:
We all woke up to the news that Governor Brown is asking for any events scheduled for 250 plus people to cancel. All-Ireland Cultural Society celebrates the St. Patrick’s Day event on March 17th each year. This is our tradition. This year for the health and safety of all concerned we are
canceling our St. Patrick’s Day celebration on March 17, 2020. However, we have rescheduled the event for May 16, 2020, and we will celebrate Beltane. Assuming the health restrictions have been lifted the event will be held at the Aquinas Center. Entertainment, food, beverages, raffle, children’s program, everything will remain the same. The raffle for the Aer Lingus trip to Ireland will be conducted on that day too – May 16th. Stay tuned for exact times.
We are happy to hold any tickets bought online and transfer them to the May 16, 2020 date. If you cannot attend the May event and prefer a refund contact us at email@example.com, please put refund in the subject line, please include the name of the person who made the purchase and a phone number where we can contact you in case we have questions.
We are excited about the May Festival. We can welcome summer and celebrate the health restrictions being lifted and coming out of hibernation. We realize the situation is fluid. Please watch our Facebook page and our website oregonirishsociety.org for updates.
We wish you good health and look forward to seeing you in May.
